The menu is organized around how many lashes go on each eye. Clients can choose a natural look at 60 per eye, a slightly fuller set at 90, a 100-per-eye set, or fuller options at 120 and 150 per eye. Hybrid sets combine 3D and 5D styling, and volume sets use 5D and 8D styling, which the studio describes as fuller than the hybrid option.

Between sets, the studio offers lash fills at 2 weeks or 3 weeks, matched to the original set's lash count and style. Refill services are reserved for returning clients. Bottom lash extensions, 30 per eye, and an extra thick or flat lash option are also available as add-ons.

Booking covers the appointment length for each service. New sets run from about one hour for the 60-per-eye look to about two hours for the 150-per-eye dramatic set. Extension removal takes about 20 minutes. The studio offers a free fix within 3 days for any issue with a set.

Payment is accepted in cash and by major credit cards, except American Express. Tips are accepted in cash only, and a 20% gratuity is recommended for any service. All sales are final and refunds are not available. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice by phone, or a $20 cancellation fee applies.
