Lash lifting curls natural lashes upward from the root. The salon's lash lift uses a cream perm solution with no adhesive, and the salon presents its current solution as an upgraded form of the traditional lash perm that it describes as safer and more effective. Lifts take 45 to 60 minutes and last up to 6 to 8 weeks.

The menu covers lash lift levels from Classic to Amino Lamination, plus repair lifts for lashes damaged by a lift done elsewhere, touch-ups within a month of a lift, and straight perms for very curly lashes. Lash tint can be added to a lift, and semi-permanent mascara is recommended after a lift for a longer-lasting result. Lash tinting takes 20 to 30 minutes and lasts up to 3 to 4 weeks, while SPM takes 30 to 40 minutes and lasts up to 2 to 4 weeks.

Brow services include shaping, waxing, tinting and brow lamination, which reshapes brow hair without needles or semi-permanent makeup. Microblading and a Lash Lift + Keratin service are also offered. Lash clinic treatments, Lash Healing and Lash Vitalaser, are offered at $40 each and are intended to nourish or strengthen lashes.

Visits include complimentary head and leg massages during treatments. The Manhattan studio has an open loft-style space with high ceilings and soft background music. Clients can also book in-home service, with a main menu and an add-on menu; add-ons can only be selected after a main service.
