Loc retwists call for a $25 deposit that is non-refundable but is applied to the total cost of the service. Clients are asked to give at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late, a stylist may choose to cancel the appointment, and the deposit is not returned. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the full deposit.

Deposits are returned only when the salon cancels the appointment. Refund requests over dissatisfaction must be made within the service time, and the stylist may offer an adjustment or credit instead.
