Membership plans are a central part of the business. Options include a natural hair plan, a loc care club, a unit care plan, a protective style and extension plan, a men's grooming club, and crown style clubs for adults and teens. Members book services as usual, and membership benefits are applied automatically at checkout in-store. The salon also sells THAIRAPY oils and treatments, with a refill club for monthly oil and a growth club for a monthly scalp care routine. Classes for teens and adults cover oil, beauty blending and braiding. Deposits of $50 are common for many services and are non-refundable, applying only to the booked service. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead. Cancellations inside that window incur a 25% fee charged to the card on file, and repeated cancellations or no-shows can lead to booking restrictions. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. The salon is closed Monday and Tuesday. It is open Wednesday to Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Saturday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sunday from 6 AM to 6 PM.
