Before a first set of extensions, a consultation is held to choose the style, which can be Classic, Hybrid or Volume, along with the lengths. Lash fills are offered for existing extensions if at least 40% of the original set remains; otherwise a full set is booked. Clients who arrive with extensions from another provider are not eligible for a fill and need a removal followed by a full appointment. Lash lifts with tint and lash removal are also offered.

Regular clients can join the Brow Club, which includes four brow cleanups a month along with member pricing and priority booking. The VIP Membership Lash Extensions plan runs six months with weekly lash fills and includes a complimentary brow wax each month and 10% off retail products. Members who book through the Services page have their membership benefits applied at checkout in store.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The cancellation policy charges a 100% fee, so clients are asked to give notice as early as possible if they cannot attend and need to reschedule. Hours are 11 AM to 8 PM Monday through Saturday and 11 AM to 6 PM on Sunday.
