Hours are Monday and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 8 PM. The studio is closed Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Bookings require a valid card on file and a non-refundable 30% deposit, which is applied to the total service cost. Online card payments carry a 2.5% processing fee, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

On the lash side, full-set extensions start at $90 and take at least 90 minutes. Refills are offered at two and three week intervals, and extension touch-ups are available within two weeks of a full set. A Korean lash lift and tint takes 75 minutes for $90, and a 25-minute lash detox removes extensions and finishes with a conditioning mask. Lash extensions applied elsewhere must be removed and replaced with a new full set before service here.

The brow menu covers threading, waxing, tinting and lamination. The Iconic Wax Sculpt includes brow mapping, trimming, tweezing, waxing and styling, and the lamination and tint service includes a consultation, brow mapping, lamination, threading, a hybrid stain and custom styling. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, to mention tretinoin, Accutane or allergies before their appointment, and to avoid retinol or tretinoin for seven days before brow lamination and waxing. Extra guests are not permitted during appointments.

Lash work is aimed at enhancing each client's natural lashes, and brow services focus on shaping and grooming.
