Eleganza was founded by Jenny Phan, who also works as its artist.

Brows are the core of the menu. The studio's signature is Combo Powder Brows, which pair ultra-fine machine-created nano hairstrokes with soft powder shading for a brow that looks natural yet defined. It is suggested for clients with sparse areas who want hair-stroke realism with added density. Ombre Powder Brows use gentle pixel shading and a gradient of color to add fullness, and can be tailored from a light, airy finish to a bolder, more glamorous one. Brow Shading gives a powdered effect that can range from very soft to more defined, and Nano Hairstrokes offer a stroke-only option suited to all skin types, including oily or combination skin, and to clients who cannot have microblading.

A brow appointment usually runs about two to three hours and covers mapping, color selection and the procedure itself. A numbing cream is applied during Nano Hairstrokes procedures.

Lash extensions are placed one at a time and can be shaped from soft and wispy to bold and dramatic. They are applied without touching the skin, so mascara is not needed, and mascara, especially waterproof formulas, is not recommended with them.

New clients can book a free consultation, held virtually and scheduled through a contact form. Powder brows typically last one to three years depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare, and touch-ups help maintain color and shape. Brows should stay dry for the first seven to ten days after the procedure. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Sundays by appointment.
