Beauty Cave is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed on Sundays. The business describes itself as a place where clients can book all of their beauty services in one location, from brows and lashes to facials and lip blush.

The Volume Lash Look applies multiple lightweight fibers to each natural lash and comes in light and fuller options, taking around 2 hours 30 minutes or more. Lash fills start at $50 and are offered to clients who still have at least 45% of their lashes remaining; fills done more than 21 days after the previous set are charged as a full set. Clients coming from another lash artist can book a New Client Lash Fill, which requires at least 50% of lashes to remain. If a fill cannot be completed, the salon suggests removing the extensions and starting a new set. The Lash Lift and Tint is a semi-permanent lift and curl for natural lashes and takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Facials start at $105 and take about 30 minutes or more. A licensed esthetician evaluates the skin first and then selects the treatment, and every facial includes a deep cleansing. Treatments are offered for oily, dry, combination and uneven skin, as well as wrinkles, acne and expression lines. Lip blush is a semi-permanent lip color and shape treatment priced at $380 and taking about 2 hours 15 minutes, with a retouch required at a regular price of $350.

Booking policies are strict and worth reading before arriving. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment, and no refunds are given for services or products. Changes should be made at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a 50% cancellation fee, and a no-show is charged 50% of the service to the payment card on file. A new deposit is required by the third reschedule. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that the appointment may be canceled or a $20 late fee applied. Appointments outside business hours carry a $40 fee, and VIP After Hours appointments can be booked on any day, subject to confirmation by a licensed esthetician.

The Academy offers beauty training courses taught in Spanish and English, both in person and online. In-person course dates are arranged by contacting the salon. Online courses include a complete kit, and a certificate is awarded after completing practice exercises and an exam. Online courses require a deposit to reserve dates and can be scheduled on weekdays or weekends. Digital guides (eBooks) are available in both languages, and gift cards can be purchased on the website and their balances checked online.
