The pedicure menu is the core of the business, with timed treatments that layer massage, paraffin, scrubs and masks. The Essential Pedicure is the simplest option, at 35 minutes and $47, covering shaping, cuticle care, a short massage and polish. The Bella Estate Rejuvenation Pedicure, at $89, adds a warm paraffin wrap, callus removal and a 15-minute hot stone reflexology massage, scented with rose and lemon. The BOSS Pedicure, also $89, starts with a warm bath soak scented to match its name and includes a hot stone massage for the foot and calf, sugar scrub and hot towel wrap; the salon says men voted for this service. The Côte d'Azur Soleil Ritual Pedicure, at 1 hour 30 minutes and $149, is the salon's signature special-occasion treatment, with a steam hot stone massage, rose foot soak, Vitamin E mask, and chocolate and champagne served during the visit.

The salon's manicures follow the same pattern. The Essence Manicure is a 30-minute option with shaping, cuticle care and polish. The Spruce Manicure at $59 includes a 12-minute hand and arm massage, a Vitamin E paraffin dip and a warm towel wrap. The Riviera Flourish Manicure, at 1 hour 15 minutes and $89, is described by the salon as a healing session rather than a manicure, and includes a 20-minute hot stone massage, Vitamin E paraffin and a warm aromatic towel mask. Most manicures and pedicures can be upgraded with gel for an added fee.

Artificial nails and dipping cover acrylic color, gel, Gel Builder, GEL-X, and ombre, glitter and pink and white sets, with fill and full-set options. Fills start at $60 and full sets at $65, with dipping on natural nails starting at $60 and on fake nails at $70. Designs range from $70 to $200 and are quoted by the technician before service, so the final price for nail art is not fixed in advance. Removal and cuticle care add-ons are $10 each on artificial nail and dipping services.

The Palo Alto location also offers lash extensions, brow services and facials. Lash options include classic, hybrid, volume, Russian Mega Volume, Camellia and Wispy styles, as fills and new sets, along with lash lift and tint, brow lamination, tint and shape, and eyelash removal. The facial menu runs from a 45-minute Pure Indulgence Facial to a 2-hour Glowing Getaway treatment that includes facial cupping. Children under 10 can book a short kids manicure or pedicure, and must be supervised by a parent or guardian in the salon.

Group bookings of three or more people may require a deposit, which is fully refundable with three days' notice and applied to services. Appointments can be made in person, by phone or through the online booking system. The terms ask for at least three hours' notice for cancellations or changes, and late arrivals may have services shortened.

Treatments are built as timed sessions, with massage, paraffin, scrubs and masks listed as steps within each service so clients can see what a visit includes.
