Visits are booked online through the studio's booking button, and clients receive an email confirmation reminder two days ahead that they are asked to confirm. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled without a fee at least 24 hours in advance; later cancellations are charged 50% of the booked services to the card on file. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed Sundays. Brow lamination covers brow mapping, shaping with wax or tweezing, and a keratin-infused finish that lasts about 5 to 8 weeks. New clients can book a Brow Design visit, which runs 30 minutes; the studio recommends growing brows out beforehand. Brow tint is custom-blended for color, depth and fullness and is only available as an add-on.

Lash lifts include a keratin-infused treatment and last 6 to 8 weeks. Lash tint lasts up to 4 weeks and can be paired with a lift. Skin options include a dermaplaning facial that combines cleansing, dermaplaning, gentle exfoliation, a hydrating serum and oxygen therapy, and a hydro-dermabrasion facial with serum-based microdermabrasion, extractions, oxygen infusion, a mask and cold therapy. A shorter dermaplane add-on can only be booked alongside a brow or lash appointment.
