Manicures run from a 30-minute Essence Manicure to the 1 hour 15 minute Riviera Flourish Manicure, which includes a hot stone massage, a vitamin E paraffin treatment and a warm aromatic towel mask. Pedicures range from a 35-minute Essential Pedicure to the 1 hour 30 minute Cote d'Azur Soleil Ritual Pedicure. The business calls that last one its signature special-occasion treatment and describes it as a healing session rather than a pedicure, and chocolate and champagne are served with it. The BOSS Pedicure includes a Hugo Boss-scented warm bath soak and a foot and calf hot stone massage, and the salon says men voted it a favorite. Adding gel to a manicure or pedicure costs $5 more for the gel take-off.

Artificial nail options include gel and acrylic fills and full sets in color, gel or ombre, glitter and pink and white finishes, along with GEL-X and gel builder. Dipping is offered on natural or fake nails. Nail art design prices run from $70 to $200 and the technician quotes the final price before the service starts. Cuticle care can be added to artificial nail and dipping services for $10.

Memberships come in Gold, Sapphire and Platinum tiers. A membership bought through a location's website can be used at any of the salon's locations, and members-only services include a gel take-off and seasonal pedicures, each tied to a specific tier. Groups of three or more may be asked to pay a deposit, which is fully refundable with three days' notice and applied toward services. E-gift cards are available. Palo Alto offers eyelash services and facials, including a Gentlemen's Facial tailored to men's skincare needs, and Morgan Hill lists eyebrow and eyelash services alongside its nail and pedicure menu.
