Clients should arrive ready for the work. Hair must be washed, blow dried and ready to style before the appointment, and men's stitch braids need freshly washed, blow-dried hair free of oils and leave-in conditioner. Lash clients come in with a clean, fresh face. The stylist does not work over another stylist's work, and appointments that do not meet these conditions are cancelled with the deposit kept. Guests and children are not permitted at appointments.

Maintenance is part of the menu. Sew-ins installed by the stylist can be retightened when they are about four to five weeks old, and taking them down is offered for stylist installs. Lash refills are booked seven to fourteen days after a full set. Barrel curls or straightening on weaves are offered separately and need clean hair free of oils and product.
