Services are organized into seven groups. Unleash Ways covers styling and treatments, Braids & More covers crochet work, Cutting Up covers haircuts, All Things Natural covers protective and natural-hair styles, Color Workz covers color and highlights, Installations covers sew-ins and quickweaves, and Bridal Services covers hairstyling for wedding parties. The range runs from a simple style to full color and full sew-in installations.

Booking comes with a few policies to know. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead. A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays, and an early start fee applies to bookings before 7 AM. For weddings, a $100 deposit holds the date and is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. Travel within the first 30 km of the Houston area is free, with $1 per km charged beyond that in any direction. All pricing is subject to change at the company's discretion.

The salon also sells Ulidium Hair Care products, which it describes as professional grade, including bundles, duos and individual styling and care products.
