The braiding menu is broad. It includes box braids, knotless braids in several lengths, tribal braids, lemonade braids, passion twists, bob braids, two-layer styles, miracle knots, ponytails, feed-in braids, feeding braids, natural straight backs, men's braid styles and crochet braids that come pre-done. Some styles name the hair included in the price, such as bags of 42-inch midback hair for a small or medium box braid or twist, and 32-inch Xpressions hair for a tribal bob. Time estimates range from about an hour for a few small styles to six hours for the smallest knotless midback.

Kids' braiding is offered for ages 5 to 11, with natural styles and a kids tribal option. For kids' natural styles the braids are made from the child's own hair unless feeding braids or weave are added when booking. Weaving services include traditional sew-ins, a two-part and three-part sew-in, a sew-in with a glueless closure, a full sew-in, a flip-over method, QW and closure QW, with styling included for several of these. Closure maintenance, take-down and curling or straightening are also listed. Wig services cover U-part and closure wig installation along with U-part and closure wigs; for a closure wig, hair is needed three days before the appointment or at pickup time.

Booking requires a $15 deposit, which is non-refundable. Appointments booked after hours or as squeeze-ins carry a $40 fee, and scheduling for these is arranged on request. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are charged a $15 late fee, and appointments are cancelled automatically after 35 minutes without communication. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and later cancellations incur a $30 fee. Clients who do not call or show up are blocked from future bookings. Extra guests are not allowed at appointments. Hair should be shampooed and blow-dried, with no extra products, before the appointment. Payment is accepted by PayPal, Zelle and cash, and questions can be sent by call or text to (281) 768-1822.
