Booking can be done online, and questions can be sent to Kati Sheets through the contact form on the site. Payment is accepted in cash, which is preferred, by credit or debit card, and by Apple Pay. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged half the cost of the booked services, and no-shows are charged the full cost. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the full service can't be completed; the stylist offers to finish in the time remaining or the visit is rescheduled, so clients are asked to text if they expect to be late.
