Clients considering extensions can book a free in-person consultation of about 10 minutes or more before committing. Installation prices do not include hair, and two-row installs can cost more when extra time is needed for density, cutting or customizing. Move Up visits cover full maintenance for existing extensions: old beads are removed, fresh beads go in, rows are restitched and rebalanced, and the hair is washed and styled. The price can rise if the hair is badly matted, maintenance has been missed or the shape needs major work.

Blonding is offered in four levels. Mini blonding lightens the face frame and part line, partial blonding brings lightness across the top, sides and face frame, full blonding covers the entire head, and transformation blonding suits major changes, corrective work and dramatic shifts. Custom root touch-ups cover grey and blend one to two inches of regrowth, and a blow-dry is included. Coarser or more stubborn grey may require additional product. According to the salon, its Brazilian Blowout treatment tames frizz, boosts shine and keeps hair smooth for as long as 12 weeks, and it is adapted to every hair type.

On payment and booking, clients can pay with tap pay or use payment plans. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the missed service, and day-of cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount.
