The menu covers haircuts, blowouts and styling, color from root touch-ups to full color and lowlights, lightening and blonding, hair glosses, deep conditioning, hair extensions, and a permanent frizz treatment. Color correction is also offered for work that needs to be fixed. Special occasion styling is a particular focus, for weddings, proms, formals, galas and pageants, and Lago also takes on California bridal and destination wedding work.

Clients can book a free 15-minute consultation before committing to a service. Extensions require a consultation because application methods vary. A 40% deposit is due at booking and goes toward the total cost. New clients booking color, color correction or the permanent frizz treatment pay a set deposit first. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows, and a 40% cancellation fee applies in those cases too.
