Color is the core of the menu. Options include root touch-ups and gray coverage, partial blonding, reverse balayage and lowlights, money piece face-framing highlights, peekaboo and color blocking, and full blonding. The salon recommends full blonding for a first time going lighter, for hair not lightened in more than six months, or for going lighter on current highlights. Platinum blonde and color correction is the longest service on the list, at about seven hours.

Before a first visit, new clients are asked to text the salon with their hair history, a current photo, inspiration pictures and the service they want. A $50 non-refundable deposit secures the appointment, and there is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If the posted times don't work, clients can ask about other days or later times.

Hair extensions are offered as sew-ins in one-row and two-row versions, with a consultation available first and extension removal as a separate service. The hair itself is sold separately. The menu also includes bridal trial hair, bleach washes that lighten hair while it is still wet, and a K18 add-on for moisture and shine.
