Services are by appointment only, and no deposit is needed to book. Every new client begins with a free 15-minute in-person consultation. Extension clients who are new to the studio also complete an extension consultation, which is free as well.

Extensions are the studio's core work. Hand-tied extensions are built on a beaded foundation, with hand-sewn rows that are cut and blended into the client's own hair. No glue, heat, adhesive or tape is used. Extension hair is matched to the client's color and length and ordered for that person rather than pulled from stock. After installation, clients are shown how to brush, wash and dry their rows. Move-ups every six to eight weeks reposition the rows as natural hair grows, reusing the same hair. Extensions and color can be planned together in a single visit.

Color and blonding include hand-painted balayage and foiled highlights, with a gloss finish on blonding services. Color correction for brassy, banded, grown-out or box-dyed hair is priced after an in-person consultation. The studio also offers a Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment, which reduces frizz and blow-dry time for about three to four months. It smooths hair rather than permanently straightening it, and clients can wash their hair right after.
