Consultations are required for bridal hair, hair extensions, double process color and corrective color. Color process prices do not include finishing. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service; later cancellations are charged 25% of the scheduled cost. A client who is not satisfied with a service can call within 7 days to book a redo. After 7 days the service is treated as paid, and the studio does not offer refunds.
Built around individual looks that suit each client and can be kept up at home, with services given one client at a time in a private studio.
