The menu covers haircuts and styling for women and men, color from ammonia-free and demi options through highlights, ombre, color melting and corrective work, and a set of add-ons such as color-enhancing glaze, low lights, a Clear Shine and Seal treatment and an Awapuhi deep conditioning treatment. Additional treatments include Brazilian keratin, body wave and perm, hair extensions (priced after a consultation), full-set eyelash extensions, makeup application, special event styling and a service called Just eyes. Bridal consulting, bridal parties and bridal makeup are offered as their own group.

The salon sells its Cutting Loose makeup line, which comes in an extensive color range. The salon says its pigments and ingredients meet its highest standards. The line is paraben free apart from its pencils, made in Canada, hypoallergenic and allergy tested, non-comedogenic, fragrance free, and not tested on animals.
