About
Johanny Perez owns JPE Hair Studio and works there as its hairstylist, with more than 35 years in the beauty business. She trained in cosmetology and hairstyling in the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and the United States, and has taken classes from Bumble and bumble, Goldwell, Redken, Arrojo, Wella Studio and Paul Mitchell.
For the last 20 years she has worked in salons across New York and New Jersey, including Premier Salon at Macy's, Elizabeth Arden Red Door at Bloomingdale's and Halcyon Salon at Saks Fifth Avenue. She has also owned a salon of her own before running this studio.
