Every visit starts with a consultation, giving the stylist a chance to understand what the client is after. Cuts are shaped to the client's own hair, and color is tailored to face shape, complexion, upkeep goals and hair condition. Appointments are unrushed and limited to one client at a time. According to the salon, the aim is hair that looks healthy and styles that stay wearable over the long run rather than chasing short-lived trends.

Bookings are made only through the salon's own website. Requests are personally reviewed before availability is confirmed, and appointments are usually scheduled two to three days ahead, with same-day or next-day openings uncommon. A 50% deposit confirms an appointment, and cancelling within 24 hours forfeits it. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday.
