Bookings can be made online at any hour through the salon's booking page, and a valid credit card is needed to hold an appointment. The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 to 7:00, Thursday from 10:00 to 7:30, Saturday from 9:00 to 6:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 4:00, and is closed on Mondays. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, or no-shows without a call, carry a fee of 50 percent of the booked service. Services that run longer than three hours require a deposit, which can be refunded with at least 24 hours' notice.
