Color is a large part of the menu, from glosses and toners to base color, root-to-end color, partial and full highlights, balayage, and on-scalp bleach. Balayage is priced after a consultation because the cost depends on the hair. Men's services include haircuts, beard trims, neck trims for existing clients, and straight razor neck shaves, which begin with a consultation.

Smoothing services are offered as Keratin Express, the Keratin Smoothing System, Brazilian Blowout Express, and the full Brazilian Blowout, and every smoothing service requires a consultation before treatment. Some services may need a consultation first or may not be performed. Clients who want their conditioning treatment customized are encouraged to contact Jo directly.

Booking policies: cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 50% charge, and no-shows incur a full service charge. Late arrivals may be rescheduled to accommodate the next guest. Redo requests made more than one week after an appointment are not considered, and clients unhappy with their hair are asked to call as soon as possible. Personal checks are accepted, and returned checks carry a $35 fee.

Services are chosen at a consultation based on hair texture, porosity, and density, and the salon makes its own choices about which services it will perform.
