Briana Griffin is the founder and CEO and works as a Healthy Hair Strategist. The salon's approach begins with the scalp and aims to restore and keep hair healthy over time, and each appointment pairs a planned strategy with a calm, relaxed experience. Treatments such as scalp scrubs, detox treatments and deep cleansing are built into several services rather than sold only as extras.

Appointments open every two months on the 15th, and some off-day appointments may be possible on request. Chemical services, keratin treatments and silk presses require a deposit equal to 20 percent of the service, while other services that list a deposit require a $10 deposit. Deposits go toward the total, the rest is paid at the end of the visit, and a card is kept on file without being charged until the service is complete. Deposits are non-refundable, a deposit can move once if an appointment is rescheduled, and appointments without a deposit are not confirmed.

Cancellations and changes need 24 hours' notice or a 30 percent cancellation fee applies. No-shows are charged 95 percent of the service total and cannot book future appointments. Guests have a 16-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that a $20 late fee is added, and after 21 minutes the appointment is canceled and charged 50 percent of the total. Silk presses and other non-color services carry an extra $50 fee, color services carry an extra $100 fee, and appointments outside regular hours carry a $100 Afterhours Fee. Credit and debit cards are accepted with a 2.5 percent processing fee, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.

Hours are Monday 12 PM to 8 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM. The salon is closed on Thursdays and Sundays.

Hair care starts at the scalp, with a focus on restoring and maintaining healthy hair, and each visit combines a planned strategy with a relaxed experience.
