Jessica Rockwell works as a freelance hair and makeup artist from Seattle. Training was completed at Gene Juarez, with graduation in 2008.
The first job after graduating was at a Queen Anne boutique that offered special occasion styling for women and their daughters. About a year later the work moved to Glam and Tonics in the Montlake neighborhood, where it remained until 2018. Full-time freelancing began in April 2018.
The work centers on weddings, head shots, and corporate and commercial projects, though it is not limited to those.
Beyond weddings and portraits, the freelance practice also covers event styling, where hair, makeup, or both can be booked, and hair and makeup styling for creative and styled shoots. Jessica Rockwell is open to traveling for work.
