Salon Victoria is a hair salon in suite 9 at IMAGE Studios, in the Northgate North parking garage on 5th Avenue NE in Seattle. Victoria Anderson owns the salon and works there as its stylist. The salon is open Monday afternoons, and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during the day; it is closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients can reach the salon by phone or email, and the portfolio is shared on Instagram.

About

Clients who want custom color or a major change start with an emailed consultation, which takes about ten minutes and costs nothing. To prepare, they send three years of chemical and haircut history, inspiration pictures, and current photos from at least two angles. Color options run from classic highlights and teasylights, through hand-painted balayage, to universal blonde, which uses bleach on the scalp for an all-over blonde and can be booked as a double process for hair that tends toward orange, is going platinum, or is moving from dark brown or black. Custom color covers corrections, modern and extreme blonding, dark hair going very light, silver tones, baby-lights, balayombre, and extra time for dense or long hair. For very damaged hair, total transformation color uses masks, bonding additives, low developers and slow processing.

Extensions are installed with Bellami Hair, the only extension brand the salon uses. Bridal services start at $150 and take 90 minutes or more, and can be done in the salon or on site for events; on-site work has a six-hour minimum and quotes are requested by email. The salon also offers monthly memberships for regular upkeep, such as haircuts, root touch ups, blowouts and bang trims, along with packages valid for twelve months.

Booking runs through the services page, and membership and package credits apply automatically at checkout. Appointments need at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may lose their blow dry, and appointments are cancelled after 15 minutes late, or after 10 minutes for services of 45 minutes or less. No-call no-shows and cancellations with a card on file are charged the full service price. Deposits are non-refundable, and the salon does not offer refunds.

The salon says its main goal is that every client leaves happy with their service.
