The color menu covers accent highlights, full and partial highlights, all over solid and dimensional color, accent solid and vivid color, solid vivid colors, grey touch-ups, color refreshes and vivid color refreshes. Color correction is priced in 30-minute increments and may take more than one session. Cuts include classic, curly, express and bang trims along with clipper cuts. Styling includes blowouts, which take about 1 hour 30 minutes and include shampoo, conditioning, blow-dry and flat-ironing, along with curl definition, flat-ironing or curling, and a quick wash suited to preparing hair for braids or wigs. Hair treatments can be added to strengthen, repair or moisturize.

Clients can start with an online consultation, which reviews hair condition and suggests a care plan and products. Curl definition can also be learned through a virtual lesson held over FaceTime, which requires a consultation form before booking. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours ahead, and same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the total cost of services booked. Tips cannot currently be paid by credit card.
