Appointments are made by calling or texting the salon, or by contacting a specific artist directly. A credit card is required to hold each booking. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service from the card on file. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not get the full service. Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday to Monday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Pricing for most services starts at a stated amount, with extensions and some treatments priced to the individual. The salon offers a satisfaction guarantee: if a result is not right, it will make reasonable adjustments as a redo. Color redos must be requested within 10 days and carry a per-bowl fee, with a color-safe shampoo purchased from the salon required to qualify. Redos are not refunded. Hair care and styling products may be exchanged or credited if returned within 30 days of purchase and less than half has been used.
