The room is private and set up for one client at a time, with a relaxed feel and custom color and styling.

Color is the main focus. The salon works on lived-in blondes, dimensional brunettes and healthy-looking hair. Each visit is planned around the client, and a free 20-minute consultation covers hair goals, current hair, upkeep, lifestyle and budget before a custom plan is set.

Styling options include blow dries, a lux blow dry, updos, silk press and bridal hair. Bridal looks, such as romantic updos or soft waves, are designed together with the client. The Hot Girl Blowout Package is a one-time purchase at $180 that gives four 45-minute blow dry visits a month, which the salon says saves 10%. Those blowouts must be used within 30 days, cannot be transferred and do not roll over.

Clients book online, and walk-ins are not accepted. There are no fees for cancellations or no-shows, though advance notice is appreciated. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday with varying hours and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Wifi, complimentary drinks and snacks are offered, the space is wheelchair accessible, and metered parking and electric vehicle charging are available.
