Hair services cover custom color such as balayage, highlights, lowlights and color correction, along with precision cuts, men's cuts, blowouts, silk presses, relaxers, wet sets and deep conditioning. Makeup, nail and extension services are also offered. Consultations are complimentary, and first-time clients need one before any chemical or extension service. Pricing varies by stylist, so clients are asked to check with their stylist. Visits are by appointment, with walk-in traffic also accepted. There is free onsite parking, wifi and handicap accessibility. Children are only permitted if they are receiving a service.
Bridal hair, makeup and nails can be arranged at the salon or on location, and packages can be customized. The salon also hosts wedding party events. Stylists work as independent contractors, with booth rental available and their own products sold to clients.
The walls feature a mural with a Michigan theme, added by a local artist in 2021.
