Many services begin with a consultation. A new client color consultation is suggested before any color service, and hair extension consultations include a strand resistance test to check whether a client is a good candidate. Color correction takes three to four hours and needs a consultation before it is booked.

Booking requires a credit card. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day changes and no-shows are charged half the service cost. Partial and full balayage carry a $150 deposit that is not refunded if the appointment is moved or cancelled, full highlights require a deposit for new clients, and color correction requires a non-refundable deposit.

The studio is open Monday through Thursday, from late morning into the evening, and is closed Friday through Sunday. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The studio describes its hair services as personalized, and uses consultations before color and extension work.
