Clients should arrive with hair fully detangled and ready for shampoo. A $40 detangling fee may apply if more detangling is needed. Appointments can be changed or canceled up to 48 hours ahead; later changes carry a 50% service fee, and a no-call, no-show carries a 100% fee. A valid card must be kept on file. Late arrivals are not charged late fees, but may need to move to a lower styling tier to fit the remaining time.
