Loc care is one of the larger areas. Options run from maintenance and twist styles to starter locs, micro locs, loc color, loc highlights and loc cleansing. Children aged 11 and under can book starter locs. Box braids, spring twists and twist crochet are offered in several lengths, and several of these prices include the hair. Silk presses, flexi rod and pipe curl sets, twist outs and hydrate-and-set services round out the hair menu, along with wig consultations for fitting and advice.

New clients and anyone not seen in the past year need a consultation before booking. Sunday consultations are for clients referred by a current client and cost $25 for 30 minutes, with a $20 deposit. Bookings are made through the salon's GlossGenius site. The salon is open Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM and on Sunday from 8:30 AM to 1 PM, and is closed Friday and Saturday. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service, and arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice carries the same charge. No-shows, no-calls and same-day cancellations are charged the full service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

For weddings, the salon offers three packages. Bride Package 1 starts at $350 with a $100 deposit and includes a consultation, one trial style and wedding day styling on location. Bride Package 2 starts at $400 for 30 minutes and includes consultations, two trial styles and on-location wedding day styling. The bridal party package starts at $475 for 45 minutes and covers a consultation with the bride, a trial style, and wedding day hair for the bride and two bridesmaids. Extended travel within Indianapolis adds $10, and an after-ceremony touch-up is $50.
