Newer clients should know a few booking rules. A free 15-minute consultation is required before starter locs, loc repairs involving more than a few locs, and loc extensions. New clients pay a $25 deposit for starter locs, kids natural braids, braids with natural hair, and shampoo and deep condition, and a $250 deposit for loc extensions. Online bookings cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours ahead carry a cancellation fee.

Detox is offered as a separate service for locs that have had buildup for a long time. Shampoo and deep condition uses a henna-based protein shampoo and conditioner from Design Essentials.

The shop is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Payments go through the booking site. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Starter locs, loc repairs with more than a few locs, and loc extensions begin with a consultation so the plan fits the client's hair. Detox is reserved for locs with long-standing buildup.
