The amount of hair usually runs around 120 to 175 grams, which varies by client; hair is not charged per strand. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, air-dried hair and to come without children or extra guests.

Corrections are needed every 12 to 18 weeks, depending on hair growth and client comfort. A correction includes a clarifying shampoo, lifting the bonds closer to the scalp and refilling where needed, and is offered with natural or double volume. The salon states that its hair can be worn for up to two years before a new purchase is needed. A complimentary follow-up appointment for adjustments is offered if a client is dissatisfied within a set timeframe.

The salon also runs a two-day hair extensions class for 2 to 8 students, with a one-to-one option.
