The medical menu includes Botox and Xeomin, priced at $15 and $12 per unit, with the unit count set at consultation. Both take about 30 minutes, and results begin within three to seven days and last roughly three to four months. Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid collagen stimulator, builds volume over several months across two to three 45-minute sessions. ResurFX is a non-ablative fractional laser for depressed acne scarring, rough texture and fine lines, and Wholistic Photofractional pairs it with IPL in one visit. Laser hair removal is sold per session or in courses, with separate pricing for small areas such as the upper lip and sideburns and for medium areas such as the underarms and beard area. Member pricing applies to active members only.

Wellness services include individual eyelash extensions, which take about 90 minutes and last two to four weeks, with retouches offered at one, two and three week intervals. Eyelash tinting and eyelash lifting are also available, along with a 60-minute massage focused on the neck, shoulders and upper back. Consultations, aftercare instructions and the website are offered in Mandarin and English.

The business says it will tell clients when a requested treatment is not right for their skin, explain why, and decline a booking when the treatment would be wrong for them. Its laser work uses wavelengths absorbed by water rather than pigment, with conservative settings spread across more sessions.
