Many people who book here come after hair experiences elsewhere that did not turn out as they hoped. Every visit starts with a thorough consultation before any service begins, and the plan can be adjusted as the appointment goes on. New clients meet the stylist first, choose a package, and then book online.

Each appointment pairs a color service with a haircut, so the color and the cut are planned together. Clients who would rather skip the haircut can swap in a customized treatment and blowout. Haircuts cannot be booked on their own online, and online pricing for color already includes the cut. Appointments are offered on Monday, Thursday and Friday during daytime hours only.

The menu covers gray blending, which softens the line between natural gray and color rather than covering it fully, along with soft dimensional color, warm sunlit highlights, balayage with a haircut, and face-framing highlights for lighter shades around the face. Toner is used after lightening to tone down brassiness and add shine. Add-ons such as extra blow-dry time, extra color for long or thick hair, ironwork and a customized in-salon restructuring treatment are chosen during the appointment. Waxing for the chin, lip and eyebrows is also available.

Enhances natural hair color for low-maintenance results, with a planned consultation before any service and adjustments as needed.
