The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 8pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Appointments are booked through the salon's Vagaro site. Color services include 50 grams of product, and extra product is charged at $0.50 per gram. For Bleach & Tone, clients with more than 2 inches of regrowth are asked to call and schedule the right color service first.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, given by phone or through the online portal. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the full service value and no-shows 100%, both to the card on file. If no valid card is on file, an invoice is emailed and must be paid before more appointments can be booked.

It offers a customizable training program lasting about two weeks to three months, covering cutting, coloring and styling, color theory and formulation, product knowledge, and hands-on work next to experienced stylists.
