Each service begins with a detailed consultation so the result can be matched to what the client wants. Haircuts include a wash, consultation, cut and a blowout with rollers, and pricing is the same across stylists and listed on the website. Hair is washed with R+Co products, chosen for each client's hair type. Correction work carries no guarantee of final lightness or color, because results depend on how the hair responds.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. MANE Illusion extensions are placed with beads positioned to reduce contact points, in three packages: Barely Real uses 100 grams in a single row, MANE Reveal uses 200 grams in two rows, and Ultimate Illusion uses 300 grams in three rows or a mini and regular row combination. Lengths run 22 to 24 inches, and each package includes color matching, a custom cut for blending and styling. According to the salon, MANE Reveal is its best-selling package.

The studio aims to welcome clients of every background, hair type and texture, and it commits to continuing education and keeping up with industry trends. Stylists progress through levels from Apprentice to Level 3. Briana offers one-on-one shadowing days for stylists, covering a salon tour, live demonstrations, consultations and business systems; pricing is provided on application. Bookings and client management run through the Boulevard platform, a card is required to secure an appointment, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% while no-shows are charged in full.
