The salon's color work centers on lived-in looks: soft, blended color for clients who want dimension without frequent salon visits. Balayage, neutral brunette shades and lived-in blonde are the specialties, and high-impact blonde is offered as a separate service that is not a platinum service.

Extension work is a major part of the menu. Extension hair is sold separately from installation and needs regular at-home care, and damage from improper care is not covered by adjustments.

New guests can book a complimentary in-person consultation that runs about 15 to 30 minutes. Extension consultations are also free and done in person. Color prices are starting prices and may rise if extra bowls of color or additional techniques are needed.
