Every appointment begins with a full consultation that looks at hair texture, skin tone, face shape and lifestyle needs, and clients can have a drink of their choice during it. A premium consultation is also available, where a stylist recommends services and explains the expected time and cost. Clients can book with any stylist in the salon rather than being tied to one person.

The salon offers a wide range of hair services. Color includes highlights, babylights and balayage, classic and premium color, and a tone and shine treatment that removes unwanted tones. Head spa treatments, which can be booked alone or added to a cut or color, focus on removing scalp buildup and supporting scalp balance. Extensions include tape-in, hand-tied weft, halo and temporary options. Keratin treatments are offered in two versions, and classic perms are available for short, medium or long hair.

Special occasion and bridal styling is available, including a trial appointment before the event. A stylist can also travel to the client's location for special occasion work. The salon handles weddings, bridal parties, proms, sorority functions and family photos. Clients booking a special occasion style are asked to arrive with completely dry hair, ideally washed a day or two before.

Identity Atelier is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm, Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Gift cards are sold, and clients can join a club for updates on special events and deals.

The salon keeps each appointment personal, starting with a consultation that considers hair, skin and lifestyle, and it aims to set a high standard for both clients and its stylists.
