Paul David Endicott founded Muse Hair Studio, and it opened on July 13, 2024. The studio runs as a team-based salon: staff help across services instead of renting chairs on their own. Frances Hamilton is credited with key contributions to getting the studio launched.

Each client is matched with a dedicated lead stylist, and the wider team assists with nearly every service. Booking is by phone, contact form or online, and online booking is open 24 hours a day. The salon works by appointment only, open Wednesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Complimentary consultations are offered for haircut, color, keratin smoothing, texture, lash and brow appointments, and new clients get a free 15-minute consultation.

Color work covers balayage, foil highlights, blonding, brunette and red or auburn shades, and root work, including lived-in options such as Teasylights and root smudging. Lightening services that need more planning, such as the Global Lightening Application, ask for an intake form at booking about hair history and density. Listed prices include gratuity, and several services are quoted from a starting price.

Smoothing and texture services include keratin treatments, perms, a permanent straightening option and haircuts that work with natural wave, along with extensions. Lash and brow services include lash lifts and tints, brow lamination and tint, dermaplaning with a mask, and brow, lip and facial waxing. The shampoo room and the lash, wax and brow bar are both on site, and the lounge offers complimentary coffee, sparkling water, snacks and WiFi.

The salon works as a collaborative team, with each client assigned a lead stylist and the rest of the team helping across services.
