The salon menu covers hair, nails and spa work. Hair services include cuts, styles, color and balayage, with prices such as Cut + Style from $28 and Balayage + Cut at $105. The spa menu includes facials, dermaplaning, waxing, brow and lash services, and makeup, with Express Facial from $35 and Luxe Facial at $86. New artist nail services include manicures, pedicures, nail art add-ons and Gel-X extensions, with manicures from $20 and pedicures from $31. The Studio by PENZONE at BASE ONE is a salon and spa concept for new artists, offered at base price. Services are performed by licensed cosmetologists, estheticians and massage therapists, and artists in training are supported by a creative educator.

The studio's yoga arm, L I T Life + Yoga, runs classes for every level from beginner through advanced, among them AIReal yoga. Heated sessions use infrared radiant heat and include L I T Dynamics, L I T Flow, Re-L I T and Extra L I T. L I T Labs take a deeper look at yoga's underlying elements, and the schedule also has courses such as Beginners Yoga and Intro to Mindfulness. The 200-hour yoga teacher training is run by Babajide Ogunmola, the studio's creative director, and carries RYS 200 certification from Yoga Alliance.

Beyond services, the building rents space: coworking, Collab Suites for teams of up to 35 (from $700 per month), Spa Suites for practitioners by the day, week or month, a Creative Studio for photo and video, an On Air Studio for podcasts, a Hair Studio at $125 per hour, and the Idea Room for groups of 10 at $50 per hour. Events such as team building, corporate retreats, panel discussions, trainings and wedding showers can be hosted, with a coordinator to help plan and Cameron Mitchell Premier Events as the exclusive catering partner. Appointments for hair and spa services are booked through SalonBiz, memberships and lab sales through MindBody, tickets through EventBrite, and space rentals through Office RnD.

The Studio by PENZONE gives new artists a salon and spa setting at base price, and the building is run as a place for training, events and wellness alongside its services.
