Prices are based on how long a service takes rather than on hair texture, and services are not priced by gender.

The team focuses on solving each client's hair concerns within their personal style and budget, and plans maintenance schedules around what the client can realistically keep up with. According to the salon, guests usually see their stylist every three to six months. Stylists are trained to work with all hair textures, with training from Forever Curls Academy, DevaCurl and Curl Cult. Visits can run longer than the booked time, since the salon works with natural texture and sets styling up however the client wants. Hooded dryers simulate air drying.

Haircuts run from quick maintenance trims starting at $44 to full cuts from $70, with curly cuts starting at $88. Clipper and pixie cuts and short cuts above the ears are also offered. Between appointments, complimentary bang and neck trims are available. Color packages range from The Basics through Just a Bit More to Ready for an Overhaul, and new clients can book a free 15-minute color consult. Nail services center on the health of natural nails, with design add-ons from simple accents to cat eye and 3D work, and no extensions or acrylic. Nails that are injured or look infected cannot be worked over.

Walk-ins are welcome when a stylist has time, so it is worth calling to check. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours notice, and a deposit moves to the next appointment if the change comes with less notice. Cancelling within 24 hours or on the same day forfeits the deposit. A 15-minute grace period applies, and late clients who cannot be seen may be charged half the appointment cost. Color bookings require a deposit of $50, $75 or $100 depending on the package, and should include a description of current hair, color history from the past year and the services wanted. Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair. Regular services can be booked for children aged 7 or older when the parent is an existing client, but there is no children's cut. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final.
