The studio takes its name from Pachamama, a Quechua and Aymara term for Mother Earth. Its treatments aim at overall wellness of body, mind and spirit rather than the skin alone.

Each visit happens in a private treatment room, and the setting is meant to feel like a small retreat from everyday life. Facials are tailored to the individual's skin concerns. The menu runs from a 25-minute express facial to a 90-minute package that pairs a custom facial with massage on the neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, legs and feet.

Beyond facials, the studio offers full-body massage, a body scrub made with pink mineral salts from the Andean region of Bolivia, and reiki sessions. Aromatherapy uses therapeutic essential oils, and the products used are organic, vegan and/or all-natural.

Booking is by appointment only, by calling or texting 323 441 3312. A $75 deposit, applied to the service, reserves a time. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or 2 hours for same-day appointments. Arriving 10 minutes late may be treated as a no-show, with no service and no refund of the deposit.

Treatments focus on overall wellness of body, mind and spirit, and each one is customized to the client's skin and wellness needs.
