Blossom Spa Hollywood describes itself as a neighborhood retreat and a true urban refuge, and says it prides itself on competitive prices. The spa is open every day from 10 am to 9 pm and takes bookings by phone or online.

The menu centers on facials. The Signature Blossom Facial is a 50-minute customized treatment performed by a licensed esthetician, using organic Eminence skincare. It begins with cleansing and a skin analysis, followed by steam exfoliation, optional extractions, a treatment mask and massage, and finishes with moisturizer, sunscreen and lip balm. A shorter 25-minute Blossom Mini Facial follows a similar sequence with exfoliation and a mask. The Blossom Back Facial is a 40-minute treatment that includes cleansing, exfoliation, optional extractions and a deeply hydrating massage. A Blossom Men's Facial is a 50-minute organic facial performed by licensed experts, built around a gentle cleanse, a deeper cleanse, steam exfoliation, optional extractions, a treatment mask and massage.

Massages are also offered, with an upgrade to deep tissue for an extra $10. Guests can add lip exfoliation or decolletage exfoliation to a visit.

For visits with a bit more room, a rainshower can be requested for $5 more, which includes a robe and towel. Guests undress in their treatment room, which has baskets for belongings, so there is nothing to bring.

The spa also hosts private events and spa parties, such as bachelorette parties, bridal showers and birthday celebrations. Pricing for these is given by phone. Gift cards are sold online, and handwritten gift certificates are sold in the store with a gift bag. Payments cannot be taken over the phone. Prices are subject to change.

Anyone under 18 needs a signed liability waiver from a parent or guardian, and treatments are not generally recommended for children under 12.
