Facials are shaped on the day around each client's skin, goals, lifestyle and needs rather than a fixed menu, combining European facial traditions with advanced exfoliation and modern skin technology, according to the studio. The base Custom Signature Facial takes one hour and costs $179, and includes cleansing, advanced exfoliation, extractions, a mask chosen during the visit, Japanese Asahi massage and moisturizer, with HydraFacial, microcurrent or LED available on request. The wider menu runs from 30-minute add-ons and first-visit sessions to multi-step protocols of 90 to 105 minutes, including nano-needling, PDRN treatments using salmon DNA serum, peptide infusions, a Korean LHA peel and a Signature Sculpting Protocol that combines several methods. Brow and lash services include tweezer shaping, henna brow tint and black lash tint. Booksy lists more than 40 treatments, and the studio website shows a selection. A Glow Membership gives one Custom Signature Facial a month for $149, charged to the card on the same date each month until cancelled, with a personal home care plan, periodic skin photos taken only with permission and text access to questions while active. Unused visits carry over one month. The first ten members keep the $149 rate for as long as they stay. Booking is online through Booksy only, and questions are handled by text. Walk-ins are not accepted. Services priced at $89 and above require a 25% deposit at booking, applied at checkout; lower-priced services take no deposit. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be treated as no-shows. After five completed visits, clients may be granted Trusted Client status, which removes the card-on-file requirement, deposit and cancellation fee. Clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present to sign consent in studio. Health history and consent forms are completed on paper at the start of the first visit. Free three-hour validated parking is on the top level, validated by scanning the entry ticket at the front desk. The studio door uses a security code, so clients message on arrival to be met. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 12:00 to 5:45 PM, Friday 12:00 to 9:00 PM and Saturday 12:00 to 6:00 PM. The studio is closed Sunday, Monday and Thursday. Early mornings, late evenings and other days can be arranged in advance.

Each treatment starts with reading the client's skin and asking questions so the techniques match what the client wants, and protocols are built around the individual rather than a set package.
