LA-Mi Spa is a medical aesthetics spa in Los Angeles, open Friday through Monday from 8am to 8pm. The first visit is for talking through goals. Staff ask what the client wants and explain what is realistic, and nobody is asked to choose a treatment that day. Clients switching from another provider can bring their notes along. Each visit starts with the client's goals and ends with a treatment plan rather than a package. A free consultation is offered for any service, and some services need different providers, so those are booked as separate appointments.

The spa aims for natural-looking results and says it will tell a client plainly if a requested treatment is not right for their skin or timeline. Results vary, and a consultation is needed to determine whether ONDA-PRO or another treatment suits a given person.

ONDA-PRO uses coolwave energy to target fat, cellulite and skin laxity without surgery or incisions, for the body and for the face and neck. The site says the device is FDA-cleared. Most clients need around four to six sessions spaced a few weeks apart. Listed prices include an intro price for face and neck at $899 and an intro body price at $999, plus single-session options.

Memberships are monthly: Glow Reserve at $99, Radiance Vault at $149 and Lavender LUXE at $350. Glow Reserve and Radiance Vault carry no initiation or cancellation fee. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a third-party buy now, pay later service that is subject to approval and to credit terms. Listed examples are $250 every two weeks for six weeks at 0% APR, or $45.17 per month for 24 months.

Each plan begins with the client's goals and is built to what is realistic for them, with no package pressure. The spa aims for natural-looking results and will say so when a treatment does not fit.
